Toronto, Ontario, January 15, 2016 – Bill Rogers, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of CCC Investment Banking (CCC) today announced that Christopher (Chris) Wallace has joined CCC’s Vancouver office as a Managing Director.
Chris brings 36 years’ experience in corporate finance to CCC and its clients. Before joining CCC, he was Managing Partner of Second City Capital Corporation, a $100 million (US) private equity and mezzanine loan fund. In a prior role, Chris was Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Maple Leaf Financial Corporation, a publicly traded merchant bank providing hybrid debt/equity instruments to small and medium sized businesses. Chris has been a Director of Greening Donald Company Ltd., Trustee of Premium Brands Income Fund, Director of BOS Rentals, Chairman of the Board of The Rockford Corporation, Chairman of the Board of Bennett Environmental Inc., and Director of Mobile Lottery Solutions Inc. He is presently a Trustee of Dominion Citrus Income Fund and a Director of GoviEx Uranium Inc.
