Chris Wallace joined CCC in 2015. He has been in corporate finance for more than 36 years and has been involved in more than 100 transactions. Before joining CCC, he was Managing Partner of Second City Capital Corporation, a $100 million (US) private equity and mezzanine loan fund. In a prior role, Chris was Chief Operating Officer of Canadian Maple Leaf Financial Corporation, a publicly traded merchant bank providing hybrid debt/equity instruments to small and medium sized businesses. He also brings hands-on operating experience in manufacturing. Chris was the founder of Stirling Mercantile, a Vancouver-based investment bank that merged with CCC in 2014 and is a graduate of Queen’s University.
Chris has been Chairman of The Rockford Corporation, Chairman of Bennett Environmental Inc., a Director of Greening Donald Company Ltd., Trustee of Premium Brands Income Fund, Director of BOS Rentals, and Director of Mobile Lottery Solutions Inc. He is presently a Trustee of Dominion Citrus Income Fund and a Director of GoviEx Uranium Inc.
