Bill Rogers joined CCC in 1980. He has been in corporate finance for over 36 years and has led more than 200 successful transactions. Bill’s areas of expertise include financing, restructuring, value-creation strategies, corporate governance and advising boards.
Bill’s experience spans a wide range of industries. He has deep knowledge in a number of sectors including health care, metals, agriculture, food and financial services. He has acted as a trusted advisor to several CCC clients for decades. He currently serves on the boards of SIR Royalty Income Fund and the Eating Disorders Foundation of Canada.
Bill graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for being the outstanding student in his final year. He has successfully completed the Directors Education Program offered by the Institute of Corporate Directors at the Rotman School of Business. Bill is active in many community organizations and charitable causes.
