Skidmore Development Group and SouthPac Partners announce the acquisition of Cinnaroll Bakeries Ltd., a leading integrated bakery and makers of gourmet cinnamon rolls.
Cinnaroll Bakeries Ltd. (cinnaroll.com) markets two brands: Cinnaroll by Baker Boys, a wholesale manufacturer of branded baked product; and CinnZeo (cinnzeo.com), a network of corporate-owned and franchised café style cinnamon roll stores. CinnZeo specializes in producing scratch-baked, in-house-oven hot cinnamon rolls in leading malls and other high-traffic retail locations.
