Syspro, which was founded in 1981, has been delivering technology solutions to meet its clients’ business needs for over 30 years. Syspro utilizes its proprietary service delivery model which employs market-leading people, processes and software systems to facilitate its corporate-wide focus on client and customer satisfaction.

Wherewithal, which was founded in 2013, is an investment firm established for the purposes of acquiring, advising and growing niche-oriented cash generative businesses in Canada. The firm focuses on opportunities in niche industry segments that are often undervalued or misunderstood by other industry participants.
