We begin restructuring assignments with a clear articulation of the desired end game and then exploring all the options that achieve that objective.

We work with all material stakeholders to gain alignment in the process, as their buy-in will significantly increase the probability of the restructuring’s success.  To achieve this alignment we rely on our extensive financial modelling expertise and our experience to show each stakeholder how they will fair both quantitatively and qualitatively under each possible option.
