Bill is the founder of CCC and has led a significant number of the firm’s transactions and advisory assignments. Bill’s areas of expertise include financing, restructuring, value-creation strategies, corporate governance and advising boards. He currently serves on the boards of SIR Royalty Income Fund, the Eating Disorders Foundation of Canada, Bailey Hunt Limited, NATT Tools Group Inc. and StarfieldConnects Ltd.
Wayne has been in corporate finance since 1975 and is one of Canada’s foremost experts in valuation and transaction pricing. Wayne has been involved in more than 300 successful transactions in mergers and acquisitions, financial restructurings, business valuations and related matters.
Rob joined CCC in 1997. He has been in corporate finance for over 17 years and has been involved in more than 95 successful transactions. Rob has advised clients on acquisitions, divestitures, private equity recapitalizations, intellectual property licensing, and financings, including senior debt, subordinated debt and equity financings.
Bill joined CCC in 1997 and he runs CCC’s Food and Beverage Practice. His industry experience also includes retail and consumer products, business services and building products. . His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, valuation, financing and restructuring. Bill is the Chairman of Dare Foods Ltd and has served on the boards of several private companies.
Leonard is a serial entrepreneur with over 25 plus years in technology. Leonard runs CCC’s technology and innovation practice that helps early-stage start-ups in financing, advisory services, and mergers and acquisitions.
Hugh Notman joined CCC in 2014 when CCC joined forces with Stirling Mercantile of Vancouver. Hugh has been in corporate finance for over 20 years, and involved in more than 50 successful transactions. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, as well as debt and equity financings and fairness opinions. Hugh sits on the boards of Bishop’s College School Foundation and UBC Thunderbird Golf Society and holds the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD.D) designation.
Chris joined CCC’s predecessor company in 1998. Chris has experience as both a lender and a private equity fund manager and has been involved in over 150 M&A and debt transactions. His experience on the buyside in both debt and equity brings a unique and valuable perspective to selling and financing a business.
Josh advises clients on complex divestiture and corporate finance processes across a broad range of industries including consumer package goods, industrial manufacturing, business services, oil and gas services, and more. As a lead member of CCC’s valuation practice, Josh takes a practical approach to valuations which is focused on the user’s needs, while adhering to CICBV standards. Josh is a member of the CICBV continued professional development committee.
Sunny joined CCC in 2014. Sunny’s experience has focused on divestitures, acquisitions and valuations across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining CCC, Sunny was an Associate with Ernst & Young Orenda Corporate Finance focused on middle-market transactions. Sunny graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
Michael joined CCC in 2014. Prior to joining CCC, he was an associate with the mid-market investment banking firm, Capital Canada Limited, where he gained experience in acquisitions, divestitures and fairness opinions across a range of industries. Michael earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and graduated with high distinction. He is a CFA charterholder.
David joined CCC in 2003. David has gained significant knowledge in a variety of services across a broad range of industries. He is responsible for all of CCC’s marketing initiatives and is a key contributor to CCC’s quarterly newsletters. He also assists with conducting industry research and financial analyses.
Cameron joined CCC in 2016. His transaction experience includes mergers and acquisitions and equity/debt financings within the technology, consumer discretionary, financial services and transportation industries. Cameron is involved in all aspects of financial modeling, document preparation, and marketing efforts at the Vancouver office.
Rajiv joined CCC in 2019. Rajiv’s experience has focused on divestures, acquisitions, valuations and transaction advisory across a broad range of industries. Prior to joining CCC, Rajiv was an Associate with Duff & Phelps’ investment banking team. Rajiv graduated from the Schulich School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA charterholder.
Michael joined CCC in 2018. Michael’s prior experience was focused on debt financing for global corporates across a broad range of industries. Michael graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce and is a CFA charterholder.
Domenic joined CCC in August 2018. His previous transaction experience was focused on the technology industry, gained while working for two Canadian healthcare software companies. Domenic has passed all three CFA exams.
Nicholas joined CCC in 2018. His experience has focused on divestitures and valuations in a variety of industries. Nicholas graduated from the Lazaridis School of Business at Wilfrid Laurier University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and is a CFA Institute Level III Candidate.
Devon joined CCC in 2018. She helps to ensure that the CCC team has everything it needs to serve its clients effectively. Devon is responsible for general office management, accounting and administration.
