Ventura Foods, a leading US-based manufacturer of custom and branded sauces, dressings and food oils, has completed the acquisition of the sauces and condiments business of Canadian-based Wing's Foods.
Wing’s is a leading Canadian manufacturer of a full range of condiments, sauces and dressings.
The newly acquired business will become Ventura Foods Canada and operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Wing’s Asian Heritage business, including their noodle, wrap and cookie business, is not part of the acquisition and will continue to operate as Wing’s Food Products and retain the Wing’s Brand.
